Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind as you embark on your knitting journey.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.  The items must be returned in original condition for full refund to original payment.
• If something is not right with your order, we will do what we can to correct it or replace it.
• If nothing is wrong with your purchase, but you want to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
